The Workshow tells the story of a very lonely scientist who, longing for a child to share their life with, decides to create one in his laboratory. The story serves as a metaphor for the challenges of living with a teenage child. Their relationship - often deeply conflict-driven - is portrayed with lightness and humor, engaging students with sensitivity on themes that resonate closely with their own lives.
The two performers on stage move seamlessly between mime, clowning, rap, improvisation, and physical theatre, blending a variety of styles that have made the show a hit with young audiences over the years.
